Coming over to Nevis for the day is easy. With flexible boat schedules and three departure piers, boats leave basically every hour.
The main ferry terminal is located downtown Basseterre right next to the Cruise Ship Dock while the Sea Bridge Ferry is located at the south end of Kitts at Major’s Bay. In addition to those, Water Taxis leave from the dock at the Reggae Beach Bar which is also located at the south end of Kitts.

In most instances, yes! We have many St. Kitts Cruise Ship and/or destination guests come over to Nevis for the day and take our tours – and it’s easy! There are reliable public ferries just around the corner from where your Cruise Ship docks as well as vehicle ferries and private water taxis at the south end of the island.
Ordinarily, Cruise Ships arrive in St. Kitts around 8 AM however passengers usually can’t disembark until around 9 AM due to Custom’s clearance. Here at Hills and Valleys Hike and Tours, we will adjust our schedule to fit your arrival time.
After experiencing and enjoying your tour, you’ll have extra time to hang out at Wilma's Diner. Please be advised that none of our guests has ever missed his or her ship’s departure.
